Anthony is the president and co-founder of Investigative Resources, Inc.
He has been with IRI since 1983. Mr. DiVirgilio is a retired Police Division
Commander, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Police Science
and has over 30 years of experience in investigations. These investigations
include the defense of federal white collar fraud cases involving banking,
securities, healthcare and environmental matters; as well as numerous
(Federal Drug Task Force) Title III Wiretap, CCE and RICO cases.
Additionally, Mr. DiVirgilio has been the lead defense investigator in several
high profile homicide and sexual assault cases.
