Madelyn is a former employee of the Clerk’s Office, U.S. District
Court for the District of Colorado. She was, from 1970-1995, the
Deputy Clerk/Manager of the Criminal Division for the Court and
responsible for all Criminal matters in the Clerk’s Office. In 1995
she was assigned to Chief Judge Matsch as Administrative
Manager/Special Projects to assist the Judge and the Clerk of
the Court in the overall management of the cases of USA v.
McVeigh and Nichols (Oklahoma City Bombing cases). Madelyn
is a research specialist who performs background investigations
and organization and analysis of discovery in criminal matters.
